We, Nicky and Lashay, are the proud owners and operators of Benbullen Farm in Boisdale, located just a stones throw away from Maffco, and are driven by their passion for the paddock-to-plate concept. Our commitment to the breed has led us to establish both a commercial and stud herd of Speckle Park cattle, known not only for their striking appearance (which can be a curse) but, more importantly, for the exceptional quality of meat we produce. With a focus on high-quality meat, efficient growth, remarkable marbling, and tender cuts, we are committed to delivering a top-notch dining experience.

After experiencing a severe drought, it became clear that we needed to prioritize the development of our soil structure and the protection of our natural resources. As a result, our focus has shifted towards less intensive and more environmentally-friendly farming methods. We are excited to embark on this new journey and are eager to see where it will take us.
