Our Meat

Our meat is butchered by Nicky’s brother Pud, who began a butchering apprenticeship with their dad as a teenager. Their dad, assists were possible and shares his knowledge of small goods and butchering. Each piece is carefully selected when slaughtered and we utilise as much of the carcass as we can. This includes the hide, bones and other waste in other aspects of our business enterprise.

Nicky’s son Jim has just recently come on board to be the face of Benbullen Speckle Park Meats, he will be championing a product that he has belief in and will bring our beef and pork to many more plates.
